The type and material of tire used in all types of electric motorcycles can be one of the differences between electric motorcycles. Typically, two types of sponge and compressed plastic are used for electric motorcycle tires.

Sponge tire electric motorcycle

The softness of an electric motorcycle with a sponge tire is more than that of a PVC tire. It is better to choose an electric motorcycle with a sponge tire for indoor use. Nonetheless, it is not prohibited to use it in other environments.

Compressed plastic tire electric motorcycle

PVC is another name for compressed plastic. Some other electric motorcycles are produced with PVC tires. PVC tires are harder than and not as soft as foam or sponge tires.

If the aim of buying an electric motorcycle for children is to use it outdoors, it is better to choose a PVC tire electric motorcycle. The resistance of the tire material of this electric engine is high against impact, pressure, and even collision with a sharp and hard object.
